Our newest and most private space. This spacious, self-contained suite features an en-suite bathroom and its own door opening onto a small, magical terrace beneath a canopy of grapevines.

Through partnerships like the Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) program, we’ve implemented targeted social projects that create lasting change:
- Empowering Local Producers: We organized specialized courses for village women to enhance cheese quality and develop new varieties, and courses on proper tree pruning techniques for men.
- Investing in Youth: We held marketing and management workshops for young people, bringing in experts from the U.S., the American University of Armenia (AUA), and other local professionals. Following this, the village children launched their own small business to help local farmers sell their harvest, even participating in national festivals like the Harvest Festival: Rural Life and Traditions with their own brand.
- Creating a Youth Hub: The village municipality provided the children with a dedicated community space, which they now use for discussions, film screenings, and activities.
