“Voskevaz Wine Factory” is located in the village of the same name in the Aragatsotn region. Around the highest mountain in Armenia, Aragats, endowed with amazing beauty, it bears the layers of the previous periods of the development of the Armenian civilization. Just a few kilometers from the factory, on the edge of the Kasakh gorge, are the ruins of the Badali Zham Church, built in the 5th-7th centuries. Remains of pottery buried in the ground containing wine were found nearby. The factory was founded in 1932. Along with all the modern innovations, it has carefully preserved most of its authentic elements, including buildings. During the trip, we will get acquainted with the production of wine and will taste the wine.
